 Everyone wants to be healthy in all aspects such that physical and mental health.  For which we now discuss most important topic that is weight loss which is usefull to reduce other problems and remain healthy : BEST TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS :  1.Eat high protein breakfast.  2.Drink water before meals.  3.Go for morning walk daily.  4.Take less sugar containg food.  5.Avoid processed and grain food.  6.Drink coffee.  7.Use green vegetables and fruits in your diet.  8.Drink green tea.  9.Exercise daily atleast 30 min.  10.Do atleast one fast in fifteen days.  11.Don't  skip breakfast for a single day also.  12.Don't eat latenight food.  13.Take adequate sleeping time.  14.Manage stress level.  15.Don't use mobile phones and other devices which seperate attention from food and we forgot how much we are eating.
